Role: Trainee Powder Coater
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm Mon to Thu / 7:30am to 12:30pm on Fri

The Candidate

If you are looking to apply for this position, you must:

• Have an interest in being trained in powder coating

• Be fine with working in hot conditions

• Be comfortable with heavy lifting

• Be good at taking verbal and visual training instructions

• Be willing to undertak other duties such as loading and unloading, assembly and paint preparation

• Be reliable and flexible towards working hours and overtime

• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Be proactive and suggest improvements.
