We are recruiting an experienced Sales Office Manager to join a successful manufacturing company based in the Ashbourne area.

The main purpose of the Sales Office Manager role will be to lead the sales team existing customers and develop processes.

Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Office Manager:

  • Lead and support the team, ensuring good working relationships with customers
  • Develop the team to be able to manage day to day issues with customer orders
  • Review internal procedures and make improvements where necessary
  • Provide management reporting

The ideal candidate for the Sales Office Manager role will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast paced or manufacturing environment
  • Previous people management experience with proven record or coaching and development
  • Good analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure
