Our client, a company based in Coalville are looking for a Service Administrator, reporting into the Customer Service Manager, to join their team.
The Role of Service Administrator:
The role of the Service Administrator will work as part of the Helpdesk team, supporting the service maintenance renewal function.

Strong customer service skills
Excellent administration skills
Excellent computing skills including Microsoft Office packages and ERP/CRM systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience of exceeding customer expectations.
Experience of corresponding and coordinating with customers to meet business needs.
Excellent time management skills
Experience of working within a fast-paced service delivery environment
Experience of preparing renewal quotations
Educated to GCSE / A' Levels equivalen
