We worked in partnership to develop and execute a successful strategic growth plan to assess leadership, management and operational practice and processes. This led us to put in place a strategic and operational business plan, re-structured their management and infrastructure, bringing in a new management and leadership team and advise and guided them through the growth plan both strategically and operationally throughout the duration of their ownership.
