Job Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: Loughborough
Shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm Mon to Thu / 12:30pm on Fri or 19:45 – 06:00 Mon to Thu
Pay Rate: £14.80 – £20.00 per hour (depending on shift)

Overview
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join a night-shift team in Loughborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing MIG welding, and fabricating structural components. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform MIG welding and fabricate structural components
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to cut, bend, and assemble metal components
- Perform quality control checks
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute fabrication projects
- Operate welding equipment and machinery to fabricate components
- Contribute to a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Apprentice trained or proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Valid certification in welding techniques is a plus
